5.3 Payment Plans

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. If you are not satisfied with your course within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

6.2 Refund Conditions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • You have received a certificate of completion
  • The refund request is made after the 30-day period
  • You have violated these Terms of Service

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
